provide our clients with contract pilot/AME and technical
consulting services Due to the increased demand, Mark Kalus
created KASI Aviation and obtained a 702 AOC commercial
operating certificate to provide specialized flight operations
for Geophysical surveys.

Mark has over
thirty years of experience in the aviation industry, with a specialty in supporting commuter operators, turboprops, corporate jets, and general aviation aircraft. Known throughout the industry for his honest, dedicated work ethic, Mark has developed a reputation for providing his clients with knowledgeable, unbiased guidance and advice.
Mark began his career in aviation as a youth, earning his pilot’s
license at age 16 and becoming a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer three years later. Within six months, he was working in aviation maintenance management, combining a background in aircraft inspections and maintenance with growing administrative expertise.
In support of his clients, Mark has traveled all over the world - Africa, Europe, Asia, North and South America – where he garnered experience in diplomacy and international relations. He draws on that experience today to help his clients negotiate their way through challenging legal and political situations related to their aircraft.
